Terms of Use for MIDI Editor

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MIDI Editor mobile application ("App"), provided by Solutions-Vente. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the App.

Premium Features

Certain features of the App are available only to users who purchase a Premium subscription via Google Play In-App Purchase. Payment is processed by Google, and all transactions are governed by Google's terms and policies.
